Dena has sixteen years of experience in awareness, advocacy and support work. Through the strategic vision and compassionate approach the president plays a pivotal role in driving positive change and fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment among those served by the organization.

With a rich background in advocacy and a deep, personal understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and related conditions, she brings individual expertise to her role. Working closely alongside the leadership team, the co-president actively shapes the organization strategies and initiatives.
